❌ The Federal Criminal Appeals Chamber did not accept the complaint filed by Kirchner's defense in the case known as the "Route of K Money," thus confirming the revocation of the dismissal that the National Chamber of Appeals in Criminal and Correctional Matters had decided on November 28.

➡️ The case, initiated in April 2013, investigates the former vice president (2019-2023) for alleged money laundering maneuvers through public works contractor Lázaro Báez, who has already been convicted and with whom Cristina and the late President Néstor Kirchner (2003-2007) had a close relationship.

‼️ This is one of the cases still involving Cristina, who on December 6, 2022, was sentenced to six years in prison and lifelong disqualification from holding public office for being found guilty of fraudulent administration of funds in the awarding of public works.

🚫 Cristina lost her privileged jurisdiction upon leaving the vice-presidency on December 10, 2023. However, the 70 years she turned in February 2023 would allow her to request the benefit of house arrest.
