ምናልባት ሀክ ብትደረጉ አካውንታችሁን መልሳችሁ ለማግኘት recovery email መሙላት አለባችሁ።

✅ 3. ከ2 በላይ device ላይ አትጠቀሙ። Login ያደረገችሁበት device በጨመረ ቁጥር ሀክ የመደረግ እድላችሁ ይጨምራል።
ስለዚህ privacy and security -device ላይ ግቡና የተዘረዘሩት ዲቫይሶችን terminate secc ቀንሷቸው።

✅ 4. በDesktop ስትጠቀሙ official የDesktop ሶፍትዌሩን ተጠቀሙ እንጂ web ላይ አትጠቀሙ።

✅ 5. ከofficial የtelegram አፕሊኬሽኖች ውጪ ሰዉ በላከላችሁ Link ላይ login ለማድረግ አትሞክሩ።

✅ 6. የቴሌግራም ኮንታክታችሁን ለሰዎች ስትሰጡ username ወይም የአካውንታችሁን qr-code Share አድርጉ እንጂ ስልክ ቁጥር አትስጡ።

✅ 7. ለማታቁትና ለማታምኑት ሰዉ ፎቷችሁን፣ የድምፅ መልዕክት እንዲሁም ሌሎች ሚስጢራዊ የሆኑ መጃዎችን በፍፁም መላክ የለባችሁም። የግድ መላክ ካለባችሁም በsecret message ወይም self destruct ( የተላከለት ሰው ካያቸው በኋላ የሚጠፉ) ሚሴጆችን ላኩ።

✅ 8. የስልካችሁ status bar ላይ notification እንዳይታይ off አድርጉት።

ኮምፒውተራችሁ እየተንቀራፈፈ ተቸግራችኋል?እንግዲያውስ ፍጥነቱን ሊጨምሩ የሚችሉ ነገሮችን እናያለን😊።

📌1. Power option
- Start menu ላይ power option ብላቹ ፈልጉ ከሚመጣላቹ window ውስጥ high performance የሚለውን ምረጡ

📌2.Disable unwanted start up programs
- ይሄ ኮምፒዩተራችንን በምንከፍትበት ጊዜ ያለ እኛ ፍቃድ ፕሮግራሞችን እየከፈተ ፍጥነቱን ከሚቀንሱ ነገሮች አንዱ ነው። ይሄን ለመከላከል

- Task manager ላይ መግባት (ይሄን ለማግኘት start menu ላይ right click አድርጎ ማግኘት ይቻላል አልያም Ctrl Alt እና delete የሚለውን አንድ ላይ መጫን) ከሚመጣው window ውስጥ start up ላይ በማድረግ የማትፈልጉትን ፕሮግራሞች disable ማድረግ።

- እዚህ ጋር impact የሚለው high ከሆነ disable ባታረጉ ይመረጣል።

📌3.Defragment and optimize drive Start menu search bar ላይ defragment ብሎ መፈለግ
- Window ሲመጣላቹ የምትፈልጉትን driver መርጣቹ optimize ማድረግ

📌4.Delete unnecessary temporary file Start menu ላይ right click አድርጎ run የሚለውን መምረጥ አልያም window key እና R ን ከ ኪቦርዳችን ላይ አንድ ላይ መጫን
%temp% ብሎ ጽፎ enter መጫን የሚመጣላቹ folder ላይ ያሉ ፋይሎችንctrl + A ተጭነን ሁሉንም ሲመርጥልን ማጥፋት
ድጋሚ run ቦክሱን ከፍታቹ temp ብሎ መጻፍ ከሚመጣላቹ folder ውስጥ ያሉ ፋይሎችን ሁሉ ማጥፋት አሁንም ለ ሶስተኛ ጊዜ run ቦክስ ላይ prefetch ብሎ መጻፍ የሚመጣላቹ folder ውስጥ የሚገኙ ፋይሎችን ማጥፋት።

- እነዚህን የምናጠፋበት ምክንያት ጊዜያዊ እና space የያዙ ፋይሎች ስለሆኑ ነው። ምንም አይነት ችግር አያመጡም።

📌5. Clean up Memory
- This pc ውስጥ ገብታቹ የምፈልጉት local ዲስክ ላይ right click በማድረግ property መምረጥ Disk clean up የምትለውን icon click ማድረግ የሚመጣውን የ warning box ok ማድረግ እዚህ ጋ recycle bin ውስጥ ያሉ ፋይሎች ሳይቀሩ ነው የሚጠፉት

Run box ከፍታቹ msconfig ብሎ መጻፍ ቀጥሎ ከሚመጣው window service የሚለውን መጫን በመቀጠል hide all microsoft service የሚለውን tick ማድረግ በመቀጠል disable የምትለዋን icon click ማድረግ

የኮምፒውተር ሀርድ ዲስክን እንዴት መክፈል እንችላለን?
ዛሬ የምናየው እንዴት አድርገን አንድ ሎካል ዲስክን ወደ ሁለት ከዚያ በላይ ክፍልፋዮች እንደምንቀይር ነው።
ለምሳሌ Local disk C: ካለን ከሁለት ለመክፈል ለምሳሌ
#1_right click on My computer
#2_ከዛ Manage የሚለውን እንነካለን
#3_ከዛ ከሚመጡት ምርጫዎች ውስጥ disk management የሚለውን እንመርጣለን
#4_ከዛ ለመክፈል የምንፈልገውን ዲስክ C:
በመምረጥ right click እናደርጋለን
#5_ከዛ shrink volume የሚለውን እንመርጣለን ትንሽ ሰከንድ ይቆያል
#6-ከዛ የምንፈልገውን መጠን በመፃፍ shrink የሚለውን click አድርጎ መጠበቅ
ማስጠንቀቂያ:- ቁጥሩ በሜጋ ባይት ነው የሚገባው ለምሳሌ 50GB መክፈክ ብትፈልጉ 1GB ማለት 1024 MB ነው ይህ ማለት 50*1024=51,200 ይሆናል ስለዚህ 51,200 ብለን ማስገባት ይጠበቅብናል።
#7_ከዛ በጥቁር ቀለም ከታች (unlocated) የሚለው ላይ right click ማድረግ
#8_click on "new simple volume
ከዛ next next next እያሉ እስከመጨረሻው መቀጠል::

ልታውቋቸው የሚገቡ Commands እንዴት አድርገን የኮምፒውተራችንን Users ማስተዳደር እንችላለን?
🔶 በመጀመሪያ ደረጃ Command Prompt ወይም CMDን እንከፍታለን።
ለምክፈት በ3 አማርጮች እንጠቀማለን
1ኛ Start-> All Program -> Accessories -> Command Prompt
2ኛ Crtl+R በመጫን CMD ብለው በመጻፍ OKን ይጫኑ
3ኛ start -> Search Box ላይ CMD ወይም Command Prompt ብለው ይፈልጉ። ከዛም ከሶስቱ 1ን አማራጭ ተጠቅመው ሲከፍቱት Black Screen ይመጣላችኋል። ከዛም ከታች ከ1-8ኛ ድረስ ያለውን ተግባራቶችን ይሞክሩ።
አዘጋጅ Muhammed Computer Technology
✅ 1ኛ net user ይህ ኮማንድ የሚጠቅመን ከኮምፒውተራችን ያሉንት Users ይዘረዝርልናል። እንዲሁም ከማንኛውም ኮምፒውተር ላይ Administrator የሚል አካውንት አለ እሱ ምን እንደሆነ ከታች መልሱን ያገኛሉ።
✅ 2ኛ net user Muhammed /add ይህ ኮማንድ ከኮምፒውተራችን ላይ Muhammed የሚባል User  Create(እንዲፈጠር ያደርግልናል)
✅ 3ኛ net user Muhammed * ይህ ኮማንድ ከላይ ለፈጠራችሁት Muhammed ለሚባል User ወይም ከዚህ በፊት ላለ User ለምሳሌ amin የሚባል ቢኖር Muhammed በሚለው ፈንታ amin የሚለውን ስታስገቡ ለUseሩ Password እንድታስገቡ ይጋብዛችኋል። ትኩረት‼️ሁለት ጊዜ password እንድታስገቡ ይጠይቃችኋል ሁለቱም password ተመሳሳይ መሆን አለበት። እንዲሁም ፓስውርድ ስታስገቡ እይታያችሁም ወይም ፓስወርድ ስትጽፉ አይታያችሁም ግን በውስጥ ታዋቂነት እየጻፈ ስለሆነ ግራ እንዳትጋቡ።
ነገርግን ለUseሩ password ነስጠት ባትፈልጉ ዝም ብላችሁ 2 ጊዜ Enterን መጫን ብቻ ነው።
✅ 4ኛ net user Muhammed /add * ይህ ኮማንድ የሚያገለግለን አንድን User ከነ password Create(መፍጠር) ብትፈልጉ ይህንን መጠቀም አለባችሁ። ኮማንዱ በመጀመሪያ ደረጃ User create ያደርግና በተመሳሳይ ፓስወርድ እንድታስገቡ ይጋብዛችኋል። password ማስገብት ከፈለጋችሁ አስገቡ ግን password ማስገባት ካልፈለጋችሁ Enterን 2 ጊዜ ይጫኑ።
ይህ ማለት ከላይ ተ.ቁ 2ና 3ን በአንድ ጊዜ ለመስራት ያገለግለናል።
✅ 5ኛ net localgroup Administrators Muhammed /add ይህ ኮማንድ ከላይ የፈጠርነው user ምን ጊዜም Standard User ነው የሚሆነው።
በኮምፒውተር ተጠቃሚዎች አይነት Users Type በ3 ይከፈላል 1ኛ Administrator 2ኛ Standard User 3ኛ Gusts ናቸው።
እነዚህ Users ለምሳሌ ከላይ የፈጠርነው User Muhammed የሚባለው ከላይ ባለው ኮማንድ ሲፈጠር Standard User ነው። Standard User ደግሞ በኮምፒውተሩ ላይ ሙሉ የሆነ የመቆጣጠር አቅም የለውም የግድ ምን መሆን አለበት Administrator መሆን አለበት።
ስለዚህ ከላይ ያለውን 5ኛ ተ.ቁን Command መጠቀም ይኖርብናል።
✅ 6ኛ net localgroup Administrators Muhammed /del ይህ ኮማንድ በተ.ቁ 5 ላይ muhammed የሚባለውን User ወደ Administratorነት ቀይረነዋል ነገር ግን ወደ Standar User ለመቀየር ከተፈለገ 6ኛውን ኮማንድ መጠቀም አለብን ማለት ነው። ይህም Muhammed የሚባለውን User ከ Administrator Account Type ወደ Standard User Account Type ቀየርነው ማለት ነው።
✅ 7ኛ ከማንኛው ኮምፒውተር ላይ Administrator የሚባል User አለ ይህ User ለአደጋ ጊዜ ተብሎ የተቀመጠ User አለ ይህ User ከኮምፒዩተሩ ተደብቆ ሁኖ ነው ያለው ይህንን User መሉ በሙሉ ከኮምፒውተሩ ማጥፋት አይቻልም ነገርግን ሌሎች የተፈጠሩ User Account ማጥፋት ትቻላል። ለእናንተ የምመክራችሁ User Accountችን ሊጠፋብን ይችላል የሚል ስጋት ካለባችሁ Administrator የሚባለውን User Account Active ማድረግ አለባችሁ አሁን እሱን እናያለን!
🛑 net user Administrator active:yes
ከኮምፒውተሩ የተፈጠረን User Account ሳናጠፋ Inactive ለማድረግ ወይም እንዳይሰራ ለማድረግ ለምሳሌ Muhammed የሚለውን እንዳይሰራ ለማድረግ።
🔷 net user Muhammed active:no ይህ ኮማንድ muhammed የሚባለው user inactive ሁኗል ማለት ነው። እንደገና ግን Active ለማድረግ ከፈለጋችሁ
🔶 bet user Muhammed active:yes የሚለውን ኮማንድ ተጠቀሙ።

✴️ ኮምፒውተራችን እንዴት በቀላሉ ከፕሪንተር ጋር ማስተዋወቅ እንችላለን

🔆 ኮምፒውተራችንን ከፕሪንተር ጋር ለማስተዋወቅ የሚጠቅሙ ብዙ ሶፍትዌሮች እንዳሉ ይታወቃል እንዲሁም ተመሳሳይ  wifi በመጠቀምም በዋየርለስ ወይም ያለ ኬብል ፕሪንተራችንን ከኮምፒውተራችን ጋርም ማስተዋወቅ እንችላለን።
🔆 እኔ ግን ዛሬ ይዤላችሁ የቀረብኩት ያለምንም wifi እና software ኮምፒውተራችንን ከፕሪንተር ጋር እንዴት ማስተዋወቅ እንደምንችል ነው።
🔆 ኮምፒውተራችንን እንዴት ከፕሪንተራችን ጋር ማስተዋወቅ እንችላለን።
1⃣ control panel ውስጥ በመግባት device printer እንመርጣለን ወይም start ን በመንካት search box ላይ device and printer ብለን እንፅፋለን።
ኮምፒውተራችንን ከፕሪንተር ጋር ማያያዙን እንዳንረሳ።
2⃣ በመቀጠል add printerን  እንመርጣለን ።search እስኪጨርስ እንጠብቃለን።

5⃣ አሁን ከሚመጡልን ዝርዝሮች ውስጥ የፕሪንተራችንን ስም በመፈለግ መርጠን next ቀጥሎም next እንለዋለን።
6⃣ በመጨረሻም print a test page የሚል ይመጣልናል click አርገን test እናደርግና finish ብለን እንጨርሳለን።
