1.   To insert the current date (ቀን ለማስገባት)

Press CTRL+F9, then type the equal sign (=) and then type the formula for the calculation you want in the square bracket {}, right click on it and select update field.


Different methods to insert random text / ለተለያዩ ጉዳዮች ተራ ጽሁፎችን በቀላሉ ለማስገባት ከፈለን የሚከተሉትን መንገዶች ይሞክሯቸው
1.   =lorem() , type this text and press enter
2.  =rand() , type this text and press enter
3.  =rand(10,5) , this will insert a text with 10 paragraph but each paragraph with one line

How to hide or unhide a text in word / ማይክሮሶፍት ወርድ ላይ ጽሁፍን ለመደበቅ ከፈለጉ

To a hide text, select it and then open Font dialog (press CTRL+D), the click on the check box next to
hidden, click Ok.
To unhide select the whole text or select the area where there is the hidden text (if you know), then
press CTRL+D, uncheck the check box, the click ok.

Remember: unless you select the text, it will hide the text where there is a cursor / መደበቅ የምንፈልገውን
ጽፉፍ ካልመረጥነው ፤ ከርሰሩ ያለበት ቦታ ያለውን ጽሁፍ ነው የሚደብቀው

① Motherboard

❖ Motherboard የኮምፒውተር ክፍል ዋናው የኤሌክትሪክ ሰርኪዩት ሰሉዳ ሲሆን ተለቅ ያለ እና ዋና የኮምፒውተር ክፍል ነው፡፡
ሁሉም የኮምፒውተር ክፍሎች ከ Motherboard ጋር በቀጥታም ይሁን በተዘዋዋሪ የተገናኙ ሲሆን ይህም በመሰረታዊነት የኮምፒውተሩ ክፍሎች እርስ በርስ መረጃ እና ትዕዛዞችን እንዲለዋወጡ ያስችላል፡፡

❖ ካለ Motherboard ኮምፒውተር የማይታሰብ ነው፡፡ ለምሳሌ፡- የኮምፒውተሩ ኤሌክትሪክ አቅራቢ(Power Supply) ለሲዲ ማንበቢያው (CD drive) የኤሌክትሪክ ሃይል መስጠት ካልቻለ ሲዲ ማንበቢያው መስራት አይችልም፡፡

②Central Processing Unit (CPU)
〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰

❖ CPU የኮምፒውተሩ ማዕከላዊ ማቀነባበሪያ ክፍል ሲሆን ማቀናበሪያ(processor) አልያም የኮምፒውተር አዕምሮ ሌላኛው መታወቂያ ስሞቹ ናቸው፡፡

❖ CPU ከተጠቃሚ ወደ ኮምፒውተሩ የሚገቡትን ትዕዛዞች በሙሉ በመቀበል ኮምፒውተሩ በአግባቡ ትዕዛዙን እንዲከውን የሚያደርገው በ motherboard ላይ የሚገኝ ትንሽ የኤሌክትሮኒክ ቺፕ ነው፡፡

❖የማቀናበር ሃይል(processing power) የኮምፒውተርን ፍጥነት ግልፅ በሆነ መልኩ ይጨምራል፡፡
ስለሆነም ፈጣን ማቀነባበሪያ ኮምፒውተሮችን ፈጣን ያደርጋቸዋል፡፡

③ Random Access Memory (RAM)
〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰

❖RAM ማሕደረ-ትውስታ የኮምፒውተሩ ጊዜያዊ መረጃዎችን አልያም ስሌቶችን የሚያኖርበት እና በሚያስፈልግ ጊዜ(ኮምፒውተሩን ከማጥፋታችን አልያም ዳግም ከማስነሳታችን በፊት) መረጃዎችን ወይንም ስሌቶችን የሚሰጠን ነው፡፡

❖RAM ከ CPU ጋር በመተባበር ዳታዎች በተሳካ ሁኔታ የሚያቀነባብር ወሳኝ የኮምፒውተር ክፍል ነው፡፡

❖የRAM መጠን በመጨመር የኮምፒውተሮችን የማህደረ-ትውስታ በማስፋት የማቀነባበር አቅሙን ማሻሻል ይችላል

④Hard Drive
〰〰〰〰〰

❖Hard drive ለኮምፒውተሮች እንደ ትልቅ ቤተ-መፀሃፍት ነው፡፡ ምክኒያቱም ፋይሎችን፤ሙዚቃዎችን፤ምስሎችን፤ሰነዶችን፤ ወዘተ ለዘለቄታው የምናኖርበት ሁነኛ ክፍል ነው፡፡

❖Hard drive በግል ከምናኖራቸው መረጃዎች ባለፈ የኮምፒውተሩ አሰራር ሂደት(operating system) የሚጫንበት እና በአግባቡ ኮምፒውተሩ ለተጠቃሚዎች አገልግሎት ምቹ የሚያደርጉትን የአሰራር ሂደት ፋይሎች(operating system files) የሚቀመጡበት የኮምፒውተር ክፍል ነው፡፡
