The Combatting Antisemitism, Hate and Extremism Bill 2026 has been published and it is worse than you think.

It criminalises speech that merely causes fear even if no harm occurs, 5 years imprisonment.

It defines public place so broadly that it includes the internet, meaning posts, videos, tweets, memes and blogs all fall within scope.

The law states it is irrelevant whether hatred actually occurs or whether anyone truly felt fear.

You are guilty of displaying a prohibited symbol unless you can prove a religious, academic or journalistic exemption.

The AFP Minister can declare prohibited groups without procedural fairness, including relying on retroactive conduct.

That power can extend to actions that occurred outside Australia.

Penalties include up to 7 years in prison if you have membership in a prohibited group.

Sentences to as much as 15 years for supporting, training, recruiting or funding a banned group.

Happy Australia Month 🇦🇺

Today we celebrate the birthday of Saint Mary MacKillop, born 15 January 1842. She served the poor, educated the bush, and lived her Christian faith with courage. As Australia’s patron saint, she reminds us: never see a need without doing something about it.

God bless 🇦🇺🕊️

"The Saxon is not like us Normans. His manners are not so polite.
But he never means anything serious till he talks about justice and right.
When he stands like an ox in the furrow – with his sullen set eyes on your own,
And grumbles, 'This isn't fair dealing,' my son, leave the Saxon alone.”

Calling all winners — come celebrate Australia Day across the country! 🇦🇺

Brisbane: Botanical Gardens, 12pm.
Bring your Aussie flag, your family, and your mates — it’s going to be awesome! 🎉🇦🇺

Just like Albanese lost the No vote on the Voice, he’s going to lose again — this time on his authoritarian power grab, trying to rob us of free speech and our rights. 🚫📜

My prediction: Albo gets the sack as Labor leader. He’s a loser — and Australia deserves better.

Live band 🎶 | Speeches 🎤 | March 🚶 | BBQ 🔥 | Esky racing 🧊 | Thong fishing 🩴

Come celebrate our great nation and a brighter future.
God bless 🇦🇺💪

Another Australian monument destroyed (top left)..

Imagine the outrage if the smallest Aboriginal thing got even vandalised? Meanwhile our monuments and even national day are desecrated and we’re supposed to just take it?

The “abolish Australia” crowd means what they say, there’s little ‘reconciliation’ to be had with them.

There are still things that need to be done to potentially prevent even the gun buyback laws getting forced through in 1 day.

The more than likely scenario is the government truncates debate with a guillotine.

Pls like & repost my replies to Senator Babet and Malcolm Roberts so they can draft a motion to ensure there’s extensive debate:

Everyone with a twitter account needs to start smashing these liberals and conservative influencers that are saying the bill is defeated. It’s not defeated the worst parts are still in it, we need to force the liberals that have said they will vote no to actually vote no, send emails, comment on twitter, spam them

🇦🇺 Australia Month

Happy Australia Month! On this day in history — 18 January 1788 — the first British ships of the First Fleet arrived at Botany Bay, marking the beginning of British settlement in Australia.

The lead ship was HMS Supply, carrying Governor Captain Arthur Phillip. The fleet brought 1,400+ people, including convicts, marines, officers, crew, and a small number of free settlers. Their voyage took 250 days, covering over 15,000 miles (24,000 km) across the globe.

This mission was not accidental. After losing the American colonies, Britain could no longer send convicts there and urgently needed a new destination. At the same time, the world was dominated by competing empires — British, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Ottoman, Chinese, and others — all expanding for power, security, and influence. France was actively exploring the Pacific, and Britain acted to secure a strategic foothold in the region.

The arrival at Botany Bay represents the opening chapter of Australia’s European settlement — a turning point where Britain established a penal colony, expanded into the Pacific, and shaped a new frontier that would become today’s nation.

January is Australia Month 🇦🇺 from Federation Day (1 Jan) to Australia Day (26 Jan) — celebrating the major moments that shaped Australia’s story.
