🪄 Here are 6 steps that helped us reach 171,000+ views per month, without massive ad budgets.

1️⃣ CHOOSE YOUR NICHE & TARGET AUDIENCE
Cheap traffic creates an attention loop that’s hard to escape. Random traffic ≠ profit.
We focused on an audience aged 25-45, interested in business, IT, and investments, experienced and financially capable viewers who impact RPM. Conduct at least 10 interviews with potential viewers to truly understand your audience.

2️⃣ STUDY YOUR COMPETITORS
YouTube is a battle for attention. Competing with big channels for targeted traffic without a budget is challenging. So find your niche. Study trends and analyze how market leaders operate. A little research goes a long way in shaping your strategy and content format. Most importantly, your channel must have its unique style.

Big channels have already claimed most formats, so you’ll need something original. We introduced a unique mascot character, which significantly reduced production costs and attracted a fresh audience. So, we detailed our experience with Bubble mascot in our case.

In the world of TMA, first impressions are crucial, the user journey must take into account the impulsiveness and defocus of the Web3 audience.
