Dear ward 99 residents

Block 14 update

Block 14 has tripped post loadshedding at the BORDEAUX SS affecting parts of Blairgowrie, however mutiple subs have tripped across the Randburg area.

Depending on if th trip is city power or Eskom side will affect the restoration times. Eskom never as fast as city power to arrive.

Trip may also be caused by a fault which may take time to trace so no ETR from CP.

Please still log on citypower.mobi and please follow city power on twitter for updates.

Dear resident.
I know that things are trying at present.
Myself and fellow Cllrs will be meeting with Joburg Water tomorrow morning to discuss the water issue in a number of wards.
I have asked for water tankers to be positioned in suburbs where there is no water.
JW has not given us accurate communication hence I will not be sharing their daily updates.

The cause: Lynden Reservoir is dry.
I will give you an update after the meeting tomorrow.
