Bell Textron signed Letters of Intent (LOIs) with Ukrainian authorities to explore cooperation under the U.S. Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program.

The talks cover the potential supply of AH-1Z Viper attack and UH-1Y Venom utility helicopters, and possible local production and maintenance facilities in Ukraine.

The agreement is non-binding and exploratory, with no confirmed quantities or timelines.

AH-1Z Viper: Attack helicopter armed with a 20mm M197 cannon and capable of firing APKWS guided rockets, AIM-9 air-to-air, and AGM-114/AGM-179 air-to-ground missiles.

UH-1Y Venom: Multi-role helicopter carrying up to 12 troops, equipped for APKWS rockets and door-mounted machine guns.

Yesterday, an Afghan migrant who was set to be deported months ago after his asylum request was rejected in March of this year, brutally raped a 10-year old girl on the grounds of the Citywest Hotel (which isn't even a normal asylum center but a LUXURY HOTEL) in the heart of Dublin, Ireland.
