This is Maryana Naumova. She's a Russian powerlifter, journalist, and television presenter. She's also part of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, a member of the Lenin Communist Youth Union and so infamous for being a hardcore zigger that she's placed on the Ukrainian sanctions list because she "frequently visits frontline and occupied territories of Ukraine to film propaganda stories in support of the war in accordance with Kremlin narratives" and "supports Putin's aggression and mass murder of civilians in Ukraine".
This is where this story gets funny however - she is biologically a he. In a now deleted Instagram post, this was confirmed. If you go on the Wikipedia page however, you will not find a word on it.
It's funny how Russia talks about the degenerate west when one of their most hardcore "patriots" was born male and became a "female" later on, lmao.

On June 14, the infamous "Kyiv Pride" was held. A small group of pederasts and draft dodgers who returned from hiding in Poland came to Kyiv to wave around gay flags and hold up signs with degenerate slogans.
The reaction was overwhelming - hundreds of nationalists, conservatives, religious youth and war veterans came to Kyiv to counterprotest in the 'Tradition March'. They gathered at Independence Square and defied the odds by breaking through the police barrier and making their voices heard loud and clear: degeneracy is not welcome in Ukraine.
Both NAFOid liberals and ziggers were furious on Twitter, Reddit and 4Chan because their propaganda narratives were undermined.
