Ukraineβs Security Service (SBU) has reportedly launched a massive drone operation targeting Russian airbases, with unconfirmed reports claiming damage to over 40 aircraft, including A-50 early warning (AWAC) planes, Tu-95 strategic bombers, and Tu-22M3 supersonic bombers wit damage exceeding $4 billion.
The attack marks one of Ukraineβs most significant strikes on Russian aviation assets and one of the heaviest blows to the Russian war effort so far.
