▪️Subsoil remains the property of the state, only Ukraine decides what and where to extract;
▪️The Fund is created on equal terms (50/50), neither party will have an advantage in management;
▪️The agreement does not provide for any debt obligations to the US;
▪️State-owned companies (such as Ukrnafta, Energoatom) will not be privatized;
▪️Investments will come only from new licenses for the development of deposits;
▪️No changes in the strategic course: the document complies with the Constitution and maintains the European integration direction;
▪️Tax benefits: the Fund's income will not be taxed in either Ukraine or the US;
▪️The Fund will invest exclusively in Ukraine - in extraction, infrastructure and reconstruction;
▪️For the first 10 years, profits will not be distributed, but will be reinvested in the development of the country.

• The budget deficit has been increased from 1.2 trillion rubles to 3.8 trillion.

Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said that defense spending will not be reduced.
