If there is any ceasefire Azov must immediately take charge militarily wise of both Odesa and Kharkiv, they will be the hot spots for “Russian separatism” next.
Anyone even slightly suspicious of having any Russian or soviet sympathies must be immediately put into a camp\prison, if they are deemed too risky they shall be deported to Russia.
Even amongst councillors and politicians in these cities are traitors and suspicious individuals, the same mistakes that happened in the Donetsk and Luhansk can’t be afforded to happen again.
Kill the cancer before it spreads, otherwise in 5 years Russia will be coming back for these cities.
