โฌ12,000 for a crossing to Moldova: border guards uncover a scheme on the Dniester
Operatives of the Chernivtsi border detachment, together with the Security Service of Ukraine and the police, discovered a group that organized the illegal crossing of violators to Moldova bypassing checkpoints. One of them was detained after transferring โฌ12,000 to the co-organizer of the scheme. The other two - the organizer and his assistant - were detained near the Dniester River: they were preparing to cross the violator in an inflatable boat.
During the searches, funds, laptops, phones, an inflatable boat, and a car were seized. All the defendants were taken into custody and charged with committing a criminal offense.

Z-bloggers and pro-government sources report a possible cancellation of the ground part of the May 9 parade. There is no official confirmation yet, but several signs point in that direction:

According to Z-blogger Ilya Tumanov, the reason is the risk of long-range Ukrainian missile strikes. He notes that cruise missiles could reach Moscow in about 30 minutes, while ballistic missiles could do so in just 10. Even the threat alone during the parade would be a major reputational blow.
Amid the war, Victory Day parades have already been scaled down in recent years โ with less equipment, minimal aviation, and fewer participants. (NEXTA)
