GOLDIES 💛 HOMEWORK ✨
Seven Nights With Salt
To find what is quietly taking your energy.
Beginning Monday.
Ending Sunday, before the Full Moon.
In old traditions, salt was never only a mineral.
It was used as a purifier, a witness, and a revealer.
It absorbs what lingers unnoticed
and makes hidden pressure visible.
Each night for seven nights, place fresh coarse salt beside your bed while you sleep.
In a bowl, a glass, or a small cloth pouch.
Each morning, observe it before touching.
Notice:
— whether the salt clumps
— whether it feels damp or heavy
— whether dreams become clearer
— whether certain thoughts or names repeat
— whether your body feels lighter or more tense upon waking
Then discard the salt outside the home or down running water.
Do not reuse it.
Replace it with fresh salt again that night.
Changes were once understood
as signs of absorbed tension.
✶ Night One — The General Field
This night reflects outside pressure.
Attention from others. Emotional interference.
Energy entering your space from beyond yourself.
✶ Night Two — What Drains From Within
This night reflects personal habits, fears, and emotional patterns.
The exhaustion created internally rather than externally.
✶ Night Three — Close Relationships
This night reflects the people nearest to you.
Those who may be drawing on your attention, care, or emotional energy without real balance.
✶ Night Four — What Was Never Finished
This night reflects unresolved bonds.
Old grief, unfinished conversations, lingering emotional ties.
✶ Night Five — The Body
This night reflects physical depletion.
Sleep, tension, overstimulation, nervous exhaustion, imbalance carried silently through the body.
✶ Night Six — What Dreams Bring
This night often produces clearer dreams or repeated symbols.
Images, places, faces, or emotions that point toward what has been quietly taking from you.
✶ Night Seven — Clarity
This night brings understanding.
Where your energy has been going.
What must now be protected, released, restored, or ended.
On the final morning, after discarding the last bowl of salt, write only this:
“What can no longer follow me into the next cycle?”
