Görlitz, Germany Rescue teams in eastern Germany searched Tuesday morning for 3 people who were missing after a building collapsed in the eastern city of Görlitz near the Polish border. Police said a gas explosion may have been the cause for the collapse of the building, which took place Monday night. About 2,100 customers in the village and town of Marcellus had lost power as of 8 p.m., according to New York State Electric & Gas. That’s nearly 3 in 4 utility customers in the village and town. Power is expected to be restored at about 10:45 p.m., the utility company said.
