Leading Spray Op syphoning air/moisture from the Pacific vortex

They build up these vortexes in the pacific to draw in and consolidate moisture then they poke a hole in it and lead it across the country

Let's take a deeper look at what I mean when I say Syphon

Watch the clouds on the eastern side of that vortex in the pacific build and build - then in the middle of the night they lay out a think cloud of spray ops and all of a sudden all that moisture is flowing out following behind the spray ops

They then spray line after line all the way up to the air stream they want it to connect to over the mainland

This providing a very clear example of how it's done

Two Day Big Picture

DOD Decides weather conditions for the week - They ask the Algorithm - Algorithm says you need X amount of Magnesium here - You need X amount of Barium there - etc etc - Some planes get dispatched specifically to spray - Some commercial flights have special fuel pumped in and a switch that flips when they hit a certain point - turns off when passed it - each spray op for particular purpose designed to illicit a specific effect on surrounding environment

Knowing that this process is the guiding force behind whats making the winds over the United States change how they change makes this two day big picture especially wild IMO
