Dubai has launched AI powered Ehsan Stations that automatically feed stray cats and animals across the city, combining smart technology with compassion to improve urban animal welfare and public health 🐱🤖

Developed by Dubai Municipality, the stations use AI cameras and smart sensors to identify stray animals and dispense controlled food portions. The solar powered system will begin with 12 stations in parks and Dubai Holding locations, each capable of serving around 200 to 300 meals daily while tracking animal activity and preventing random feeding.

The initiative aims to protect animal welfare while keeping public spaces clean and balanced, supporting existing programs like trap neuter return and vaccination efforts as Dubai studies data from the pilot before expanding the smart feeding network across the city.
