Over 500 Salem Electric customers in Keizer and north Salem lost power on March 5. The co-op did not give an estimate for when power will be restored.
The power outage was reported by Salem Electric at 10:24 a.m.
Salem Electric said 2 of its substations that receive power from the Bonneville Power Administration lost power and the company is attempting to reroute power to as many locations as possible.
Portland General Electric, which services power to the northern half of Keizer, did not report outages and Salem Electricβs West Salem customers were unaffected.

SPRINGFIELD, New Jersey
Residents and commuters around Springfield are facing a power outage and building traffic after a substation fire knocked out power in the area.
As of 9:27 a.m., the power failure on Route 22 WB east of Springfield Ave has caused all lanes to close, according to 511nj.com.
Springfield police said the substation fire was on Fadem Rd and asked people not to call 911 to report power outages.
Crews are working on emergency repairs and expect a majority of customers to have power back within the next half-hour, while the rest should see restoration by noon, a JCP&L spokesperson said.

A Sinkhole in Lenoir City is causing traffic issues at the intersection of South C Street and West Depot Street, according to a post from the Lenoir City PD.
LCPD said around 6:30 p.m. that the City Street Department and Lenoir City Utilities Board will be on scene within the hour to begin repairs.

I saw the sloppiest slop that's ever been slopped into the freezer section today so I decided to grab one for myself because I'm a big fat guy.
So, how was it? It's crap. It's exactly what you would expect. Crust that tastes like Cheez-Its with the kind of sauce and cheese you expect on a cheap frozen pizza. It's not worth buying or making fun of. Pass on this one, unless your 12 year old nephew wants it. He's not your kid anyway, right?
