Cloud Mass over US is this weeks accumulation of Spray Ops - Appears to be a watering op

Today is the day to disperse it all and drive it east - Initiate vortex over a 6+ tower circle to prevent northern movement - Weaken it and ram it with northern spray ops (circled in big sat clip) - Drive it all east and shake rain out over towers

Watch how hard that system spins and changes direction over that set of towers - also pay attention to the effect that spin has on the entire system

Remember, those clouds are filled with metals and other various compounds that are effected by the towers
