Telegram has officially been blocked in Russia, the decision was made by Roskomnadzor
The blocking has already begun.
Data from the Downdetector service shows that the number of user complaints about Telegram failures is growing.
Main complaints: messages are not sent, media files are not downloaded, notifications are not received, the mobile application does not work.
Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk regions and other regions throughout Russia are complaining.

From tech titans to Wall Street power brokers and foreign dignitaries, a who’s who of powerful men make appearances in the huge trove of documents released by the Justice Department in connection with its investigations of Jeffrey Epstein.
All have denied having anything to do with his sexual abuse of girls and young women. Yet some of them maintained friendships with Epstein, or developed them anew, even after news stories made him widely known as an alleged abuser of young girls.
None have been charged with a crime connected to the investigation.

One consideration missing from here is that in 2005 when Epstein figured out he was under investigation, his staff removed a large number of items shortly before the search warrant. Any rational criminal would remove the most incriminating material.

Here's pictures of a bucket of hard drives from the 2019 investigation. They were apparently not taken into evidence and promptly disappeared.
Meanwhile, there are Epstein emails about hiding hidden motion-sensing cameras in kleenex boxes.
Tracey is straight up ignoring evidence on this one.
