✨🔥 Full Moon & Brigid Rite

Tonight the moon is full, and the year is still quiet. Something small and living is beginning under the surface of things. This is a night for light and warmth to meet.

Place a white candle, a bowl of water, a little milk, and some bread before you. Keep it simple. Let the moment feel calm.

Light the candle slowly. Watch the flame steady itself. This fire is warmth. This fire is care. This fire is the part of you that keeps going through winter.

Pour the milk into the water. See how they meet and change. Place the bowl where the moonlight can reach it, or near a window where the night can touch it.

Dip your fingers into the bowl. Touch your forehead, your chest, and your hands. Do this gently. Let the touch come before any words. Feel yourself being washed of what you no longer need to carry.

On a small paper, write only:

DONE ✅

Fold the paper so you cannot see it.

Hold it to the flame and let it burn. Do not read it. Let it go without thinking about it.

As it turns to ash, notice the space inside you. Notice the quiet. Notice the lightness.

Take the bread in your hands. Break it. Eat a little. Leave a little outside for the living world. Nothing is asked. Something is simply given.

Dip your fingers into the bowl again. Touch your forehead, your chest, and your hands once more. The place of change is not outside you. It is you.

Stand before the candle and watch the flame. Say nothing. Ask for nothing. Just be there with the fire.

When you are ready to step away, leave the candle burning.
