Smoke Coming From Manhole - 3 hrs ago
-Firefighters have received a report of smoke coming from a manhole at 117 Livingston St.
-Fire crews are at the scene of the smoking manhole.
-Two manholes are now smoking, and the area is cordoned off. Utility company has been notified.
-Firefighters are reducing the response level as they manage the smoking manholes.
-Flames are now visible from one of the manholes, but firefighters are managing the situation.

1700 Block of Route 54 for a cargo train derailment of at least 3 train cars.
Unknown on how many crossings are affected, but it will be an issue for quite some time. Also Hazmat will be dispatched as the train was possibly hauling fertilizer but no injuries are being reported…
Update: no hazardous material has spilled and Route 54 will not be shut down…
