An underground vault fire has led to over 650 customers without power in South Seattle.
The fire was located at 29th Ave & E Cherry St, according to the Seattle FD.
The outages started around 7:30 p.m. Friday, initially impacting 11,000 customers. By 9:45 p.m., the outages had reduced to 654
The outages stretched from Madrona, to Leschi, to Mount Baker and Beacon Hill.
The fire was under control as of 8:14 p.m.
