NEW: Charlotte Mayor Vi Lyles issues statement on the woman who was stabbed in the throat, suggests that people aren’t being respectful by sharing footage of the incident.
Charlotte residents can rest assured, however, because Lyles says she is “thinking hard about what safety really looks like” in her city.
“The video of the heartbreaking attack that took Iryna Zarutska's life is now public. I want to thank our media partners and community members who have chosen not to repost or share the footage out of respect for Iryna's family,” she said.
“This was a senseless and tragic loss. My prayers remain with her loved ones as they continue to grieve through an unimaginable time.”
“Like so many of you, I'm heartbroken — and I've been thinking hard about what safety really looks like in our city. I remain committed to doing all we can to protect our residents and ensure Charlotte is a place where everyone feels safe.”

The images presented herein illustrate the recently updated back-end banking version of Obsidian that is currently being implemented. Furthermore, an additional image includes a screen capture from a video demonstrating the USDR module of Obsidian.
Gideon: "Like the first photo shared in Intel Drop #66, these photos show the banking version of the Obsidian social credit software. The new photos show a Restricted account and the back-end that will be available to various banking professionals. They will have access and be able to edit some areas of your Obsidian account, though not all."
