🇰🇵North Korean media report that on August 29, Kim Jong Un held a meeting in Pyongyang with the families of KPA servicemen who died during combat operations in the Kursk region.

Measures of social support and public recognition for the family members were announced.

Kim Jong Un stated that a new separate street will be built in the Taesong district of Pyongyang for these families, where they will receive housing.

Additionally, a dendrarium is planned to be created next to this street, which will include a corresponding memorial burial site and monument.

Support measures for the children of the deceased were also announced, such as enrollment in Revolutionary Schools.

These are the latest equivalent of the Soviet Suvorov Military Schools, but with a broader range of knowledge and skills offered, as they perform wider functions within the country's education system.

Institutions like the "Mangyongdae Revolutionary School" in North Korea are considered quite prestigious and open up good educational and career prospects.
