Abandoned Backcountry Campsite Found In Badlands National Park

An abandoned campsite has been found in the backcountry of Badlands National Park in South Dakota, leading rangers to both wonder what happened to its occupants and a little irritated if it was intentionally abandoned.

The site, in the Badlands Wilderness, was reported to rangers by other visitors in late July.
