Lula:
"Any armed attack on nuclear facilities represents a serious threat to the life and health of civilian populations."
Brazil reaffirmed its support for peaceful nuclear energy use only and rejected any form of nuclear proliferation.
Lula also condemned “reciprocal attacks against densely populated areas” and called for “maximum restraint” and a diplomatic solution.
