In exchange for the immediate lifting of all economic sanctions, Iran would agree never to produce nuclear weapons, get rid of its stockpile of highly enriched uranium, and agree to enrich uranium only to the lower levels needed for civilian use.

Iran would also allow international inspectors to monitor the process, the adviser said.
