If Apple assembled its iPhones in a plant in West Virginia or New Jersey, the price of the device would be $3,500, warned analyst Dan Ives of investment firm Wedbush.
If the group moved just 10 percent of its production to the U.S., it would cost it three years and $30 billion, Ives calculated.

▪️Russia has released Ksenia Karelina , a US and Russian citizen who was sentenced last year to 12 years in a maximum security penal colony for treason.
According to the FSB, since 2022, she has been transferring money to one of the Ukrainian funds in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, while being outside of Russia.
▪️In turn, the United States released Artur Petrov , a citizen of Germany and Russia, arrested in 2023 in Cyprus at the request of the United States for the alleged export of microelectronics.
American authorities claim that Petrov illegally supplied electronic components worth more than $225,000 to Russia.
The exchange took place at Abu Dhabi airport with the participation of Russian and American intelligence. The previous exchange took place in February 2025.
