Looks like they wanna merge super cold air with cold/cool air instead of the hot air pulled up from the sub tropical jet stream (that entire line of clouds that’s currently crossing FL). I doubt they will be able to tap into that for a while. As you can see they pushed that thing way far south with their latest Tornado Op

See the vortex in the NorthWest portion of the map? Notice how today’s Spray Op is connected to that system.
See how where we have the most spray op activity today it creates the farthest east (farthest forward) point of the bow that hinges on the vortex around Alaska (what’s in Alaska btw?)
I’m sure it’s also a coincidence that where that system bulges the most is almost dead in the center of the country (where you would want your weather system to drag from if you wanted to cover the most amount of land).. basically where that super cold and cold/chill air is going to meet.
What kinda weather y’all think this brings?

As requested, here’s what the 1-minute candles inside of 1-week candles look like
— That’s 10,080 1m candles per each 1w candle
So, as you can see, 1m candles are just a lower-resolution version of what the 1w candles show
= Anyone complaining about the charts should at least be complaining about the timespan being too small… not the resolution being too high

Turned out to be a pain to make sure they’re properly aligned, ofc
— Dumb charting library wrongly plotted the candlesticks as if their center time is the starting time, totally wrong, had to fix
State of open source finance tech, constantly getting things subtly wrong
But in any case, yeah, fixed that

and then you could smoothly zoom between different zoom levels to see the higher-resolution candles inside each level of lower resolution candles
Would be not too hard make — I made it in a few min, just now
