A video of what appears to be a surface rupture of the Sagaing fault, at Myanmar. At the moment we do not know exactly how much it has slipped, USGS models hypothesize maximum displacements in the order of 6 meters. For confirmation we must wait for satellite data.

This phenomenon occurs when an earthquake agitates water-saturated sediments, causing them to lose their solidity and behave like a liquid. As the pressure of the water trapped in the ground increases, water and fine sediments emerge to the surface through cracks or fissures, forming these muddy puddles or deposits.
The gray color is due to the mineral composition of the soil, which generally contains quartz particles and water mixed with fine sediments, such as silt and clay, which usually have a grayish hue.
