A Dubai-Moscow plane has given a distress signal over the Caspian Sea.
Interfax, citing emergency services, reports that a distress signal was given over the Caspian Sea by Pobeda's Boeing 737 flying DP992.
It is reported that it has just landed safely in Astrakhan. The reasons for the distress call have not yet been reported.

LYONS, Kansas
Part of K-14 is temporarily closed bw the US-56/K-96 junction in Lyons and the K-4 junction near Geneseo dt a sinkhole. The sinkhole itself is in Lyons bw 2nd & 3rd Streets.
KDOT is working to determine how long it will take to repair the sinkhole and reopen the highway.
