Neuquén, Argentina
The boiling water in a lake and an area of land that raises temperature and emits smoke in Neuquén generated a great debate on social networks.
A few hours passed last Saturday bw the 2 videos: one was filmed in a goat corral in the central area of the province of Neuquén and the other in Lake Nompehuen, near Aluminé.
The lack of scientific explanations or references in the past means that both phenomena have thousands of explanations, in most cases linked to beliefs, superstitions, extraterrestrial visits and even political positions.

The owner said his holiday home had been hit by a “30-tonne landslide” from higher up the steep hill a week earlier.
The house was vacated after that landslide, which was followed by the collapse Tues morning.
A Mornington Peninsula Shire council worker suffered injuries to his lower limbs after he was forced to jump from the second storey of the house as it started to slide down the cliff face in the collapse. He was at the property undertaking an inspection relating to the earlier slip.
Ambulance Victoria said paramedics had taken the man to Frankston hospital.

Vatnajökull, Iceland
More than 130 earthquakes were registered Tuesday at Iceland's large Bardarbunga volcano, a possible precursor to an eruption among the several scenarios being considered.
The aviation color code over the area has been changed from green to yellow as a precaution, the met office said, but the volcano's remote location in the heart of southern Iceland's uninhabited highlands means no infrastructure is at risk.
The series of seismic events lasted for about 3 hours before subsiding slightly.
"Earthquakes continue to be detected in the area and it is too early to say whether the swarm will fade away.”
The largest earthquake registered a 5.1 mag, while 17 other earthquakes with a mag of 3 or higher were detected, including at least 2 measuring mag 4 or above.
The met office said the earthquakes were "consistent with increased inflation due to magma accumulation" under Bardarbunga.
