A pleasure boat sinks and a canal boat is also damaged after a fire at a marina on Saturday evening.

Colorado Springs police and Colorado Springs Fire on Sunday evening encountered an explosion at a residence in south Colorado Springs.

Battalion chief Coby Werner said the structure will likely be a total loss after the fire consumed nearly the entire roof.
