Texas: A plane crashed Wednesday afternoon at the intersection of Mockingbird Lane and Zac Lentz Parkway feeder road, prompting a traffic shutdown in the area, according to the Victoria Police Department.
Officers responded to the scene after reports of the crash around 3:25 p.m. Traffic at the intersection has been completely diverted.
The department has designated a media staging area at the intersection of Mockingbird Lane and Carriage Pointe for updates. Authorities are continuing to investigate the incident and have not yet released further details on possible injuries or the cause of the crash.
