He explained that current & former FBI agents constantly come up to him (even before Trump nominated him) and tell him they need Kash to reform the FBI.

“I’ve had countless conversations like that over the last 8 years from current and former FBI agents. You know how many times an FBI agent has come up to me and said the opposite? That said, ‘oh McCabe & Comey & these guys were great and Kash Patel and Gowdy are wrong.’ You know how many times? ZERO!”

So the deep state is terrified, the actual FBI agents want Kash, and MAGA couldn’t be happier with it? Sounds like the perfect pick.

Sources with direct knowledge tell me this story is nonsense and indicate they’ve had enough with games being played on Hegseth’s Defense nomination by Sen. Joni Ernst of Iowa and Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina.

One source said Graham, who has never found a war he didn’t want other people to fight, spent the weekend crying to Trump about Hegseth, while Ernst has been running an inside-the-beltway campaign to knife Hegseth.

Sources say the WSJ article touting DeSantis is a key part of the Ernst/Graham operation to torpedo Hegseth because of his foreign policy views and opposition to endless, pointless wars.

UPDATE: An elderly 'Rothschild heir' found dead after a fire at his $1 million Los Angeles home was an imposter who was not really a member of the famed banking dynasty.  

William Alexander de Rothschild, 87, perished in the blaze at his $1 million Laurel Canyon home on November 27.

His neighbors said he told them that he was a member of the prestigious European family of the same name, whose fortune is worth billions of dollars.

However, this de Rothschild does not appear anywhere on the official family tree.

It has since emerged that the man's real name was William Alfred Kauffman, the Los Angeles Times reports.

Kauffman changed his name in a petition to the Los Angeles County Superior Court in 1985, records show.

In his application, he told the judge, 'I want to take my family name, that I prefer to Kauffman, it would simplify my life greatly, taking the name from my mother’s side'.

The name change was granted and Kauffman became de Rothschild for the remainder of his days.
