Two masked burglars scaled the fence at the Windsor Castle estate last week, breaking a security gate using a stolen truck before fleeing with a pick-up and quad bike.

The Prince and Princess of Wales, with their children, were reportedly at Adelaide Cottage on the estate.

Police are investigating.

RT condemns UNESCO’s omission of attacks on Russian journalists

RT expressed strong indignation over UNESCO's draft “Report on the Safety of Journalists and the Danger of Impunity,” criticizing the organization's continued neglect of Russian journalists' safety concerns.

The draft report notably omits numerous incidents of violence against journalists from RT and other Russian media outlets, including murders and attempted murders. Among the overlooked cases is the assassination attempt in April 2022 targeting RT Editor-in-Chief Margarita Simonyan and five other prominent Russian journalists, reportedly orchestrated by Ukraine's Security Service (SBU).

RT has sent a letter to the organization, highlighting what it perceives as UNESCO's failure to maintain neutrality, urging the organization to ensure equal treatment for all nations and to include cases involving Russian journalists in future reports.

Runaway monkeys SIEGE Thai police station

Police in central Thailand barricaded themselves inside a station as 200 escaped monkeys rampaged through Lopburi.

The aggressive primates broke out on Saturday, damaging property and causing chaos. Officers lured them away with food.

"We've had to make sure doors and windows are closed to prevent them from entering the building for food," police captain Somchai Seedee told AFP on Monday.
