Almost 50% of US voters say ‘deepfakes’ influence who they’re voting for — NYPost
Political deepfakes are deceiving people and changing who they would vote for, according to the New York Post. A recent survey by McAfee, says 63% of people said they have seen a political deepfake in the last 60 days.
48% of them say the deepfake has an influence on if they’ll vote for Harris or Trump.
I suspect this is all BS, considering the majority can't even spot the fakery.
