2 men are lucky to be alive after their private Cesna came crashing down onto a road in the small Northern California town of Ukiah on Friday morning.

The aircraft reportedly experienced fuel and engine problems before crashing down.

A home security camera caught the moment one heroic goose alerted its owners to a fire that had broken out in their barn.

Chelsea Gerber told Storyful, “Our barn caught fire in the middle of the night and our goose, Goosey, alerted us by honking, waking us up! We were fortunate to get all the flames out and everyone is safe.”

Two people were killed in a helicopter crash in Millard County while battling the massive Widemouth 2 Fire, Utah.

Officials with the National Interagency Fire Center confirmed Saturday that both the pilot and crewmember died in the crash. Their identities have not yet been released.

At about 10 a.m. Friday, the helicopter was reported to have crashed near Richfield, according to the Federal Aviation Administration.
The county's search and rescue crew responded to the crash, but was unable to reach the site due to the fire. It is unknown if they have since been able to reach the helicopter.
