A semi-truck plowed into several vehicles in Mexico, killing 16 people
The truck was unable to brake and crashed into cars that were already stuck in traffic due to an earlier accident, triggering a fire.
Among the injured are two members of the National Guard, who sustained serious injuries.
According to emergency services, the death toll may rise as search and rescue operations continue. The truck driver has been detained.
