Workshop Floorwork – Strong but Soft
Wie viel Muskelkraft braucht eine Bewegung wirklich?
Wie lässt sich mit der Schwerkraft arbeiten statt gegen sie?
Und wie entsteht mehr Leichtigkeit in der Bewegung am Boden?
Dieser Axis-Syllabus-Workshop erforscht Möglichkeiten der Körperkoordination im Floorwork. Durch kleine Veränderungen in Bewegung und Wahrnehmung entsteht ein effizienterer Umgang mit Gewicht, Momentum und Energiefluss. Coordination & Strength Training mit Partner*innen eröffnet dabei eine organische und sanftere Möglichkeit, Stärke durch die Arbeit mit einem anderen Körper zu entwickeln.

„Stop Dancing!“ – ein kollaboratives Tanzprojekt mit Nicolas Bertrand Kakanou (Togo) und Frimousse Yacobi (Benin)

Der Workshop ,,A Call to Art’’ bietet einen Raum für von Rassismus betroffene Künstler*innen sowie für Künstler*innen, die soziale oder ökonomische Barrieren auf ihrem Weg zur Verwirklichung ihrer künstlerischen Vision erfahren.
