ChatGPT may soon get ads — OpenAI is reportedly looking for a monetization specialist.

According to rumors, the company has already conducted interviews for the role. So yes, we might eventually see sportsbook ads right in the middle of conversations with the chatbot.

👀 And probably a separate subscription tier just for an ad-free experience.

8K Upscaling — now online

Just found a solid service called Adventure AI — it upscales images up to 10x without inventing fake details, carefully enhancing what’s already there in the original.

➡️Perfect for anyone with old photos from ancient phones or point-and-shoot cameras sitting in the archive — now you can bring them back to life and actually use them again. Works прямо in the browser, no messy local setup needed.

➡️Besides upscaling, it also includes a video editor, AI image generation, and cover creation — basically a Swiss Army knife for visuals.

Turn your photo into Japanese comics 🎌

📸 Version: GPT Image 2

Transform this image into a Japanese gag manga style illustration. Use a high-contrast black-and-white color palette with bold linework and screentone (halftone) shading. Characters should have exaggerated facial expressions, cartoonish proportions (big head, small body), and comedic intensity. Include dynamic action lines or radiating background effects. The overall aesthetic should mimic retro manga from the 80s and 90s with humorous and intense emotion.

This is powerful: Suno Studio has launched — a full-fledged recording studio right in your browser.

It’s basically the same music generator, but now:

🔊 Instead of full tracks, it generates separate instrument samples that you can move, edit, and remove;
🔊 Everything can be saved in MIDI format;
🔊 You can export projects to DAWs for professional mixing;
🔊 Available only for Premier subscribers, but the top-tier subscription is currently just $15 for 3 months.

In Italy, a girl has started treatment for AI addiction 💬

A 20-year-old resident of Venice became so attached to a chatbot that she stopped communicating with her family and friends. The case was taken over by a local addiction service, which usually handles problems related to gaming, social media, smartphones, and shopping.

📼 A doctor explained that for vulnerable people, an AI companion can seem better than real peers because it never argues, never gets tired, and always gives the desired response.

That’s how a tool gradually turns into a “friend.”
Except there’s no real friend there.

Don’t forget to spend time with real people.

How to Spot AI-Generated Content in 2026 📼

AI has become so realistic that the old signs of fake content are almost gone. Now you have to catch it through subtle details:

🔄 Broken perspective and strange scene geometry;
🔄 Unrealistic lighting and shadows;
🔄 Skin and surfaces that look “too perfect”;
🔄 Repetitive emotions and poses in crowds;
🔄 Synthetic speech without natural pauses;
🔄 Context mistakes: weather, clothing, or architecture don’t match the situation.

The main advice from experts: trust your instincts. If something looks too perfect, it’s probably AI-generated.

Ironically, experts now recommend using another AI to detect AI content

If you think AI is already everywhere, this chart might surprise you 👀

🔴 Red — people using AI agents
🟡 Yellow — people paying for chatbots
🟢 Green — people who have ever used free AI tool
s

Everyone else? They’ve never used AI at all.

Looks like we’re still in the very early stages of adoption. And even now, the industry is already running into compute shortages for inference.

FigureAI launched a 10-hour experiment where a robot competed against a human in sorting packages.

Yes — 10 straight hours of sorting parcels. The human was legally allowed to take breaks, while the robot worked continuously and fully autonomously.

The livestream was broadcast online, and people on Polymarket were even placing bets on who would win.

📼 A lot of people bet on the robot. Even though package sorting is still an extremely difficult task for humanoids — requiring fast reactions, fine motor skills, and a certain level of reasoning — many assumed the human would eventually get tired and slow down, while the robot wouldn’t.

And that’s exactly what happened. But in the end, the human still won by a tiny margin.

📼 Over 10 hours, the man sorted 12,924 packages, while the robot managed 12,732. Their average speed differed by only 0.04 seconds.

The founder of Figure reportedly said: “This is the last time a human wins.”

The funniest part? After the 10-hour shift, the human opened a beer — while the robot just kept sorting packages like nothing happened.

Plastic surgeons say AI is creating impossible beauty standards 🤔

More and more patients are showing up to consultations with AI-generated versions of their “perfect face.”

For women, these images often feature poreless skin, ultra-defined cheekbones, perfectly shaped noses, fuller lips, and oversized eyes. Men commonly request sharper jawlines, lower eyebrows, and fuller upper eyelids.

👤 According to surgeons, some patients in their 60s and 70s bring in AI-edited portraits where they appear 30–40 years younger. Doctors then have to explain that results like these are simply unattainable — even with advanced cosmetic procedures.

👤 The issue is that AI can alter faces with pixel-level precision. Algorithms effortlessly fix tiny asymmetries, align facial features, and create unrealistically perfect proportions, while real surgery cannot operate on that microscopic level.

“Plastic surgery simply doesn’t work with that degree of hyper-detail,” says surgeon Alex Karidis.
