🇵🇸 Gaza : 100 Days of Genocide

100 days have passed since the conflict in Gaza began on 7 October.

This compilation provides a harrowing visual account of the struggles endured by the Palestinians amid relentless bombings, tragic losses, and an escalating humanitarian crisis.
Since the war began, at least 23,210 people have been killed, with 59,167 wounded and more than 7,000 missing who are believed to be dead and buried under rubble.

These figures represent a grim reality: 4% of Gaza’s population has been affected - killed, injured, or vanished. The majority of victims are children and women, according to health officials

How Israel indoctrinates its people w/Miko Peled | The Chris Hedges Report - Real News Network

To understand the genocidal campaign unfolding before our eyes, we must examine the roots of Israeli society. Israel is a settler colonial state whose existence depends on the elimination of Palestinians. Accordingly, Israel is a deeply militarized society whose citizens are raised in an environment of historical revisionism and indoctrination that whitewashes Israel's crimes while cultivating a deep-seated racism against Palestinians. Miko Peled, former IOF Special Forces and author of The General's Son: Journey of an Israeli in Palestine, joins The Chris Hedges Report for a frank conversation on the distortions of history and reality at the foundations of Israeli identity.

Palestinian karate champion, Nagham Abu Samrah, died on Sunday almost a month after she was critically wounded in an Israeli missile strike.

Abu Samrah, a widely celebrated sports player, had her leg amputated after an Israeli missile hit her home in Gaza’s Nuseirat refugee camp on 17 December.

🇵🇸 Lack of access to clean drinking water is a death sentence for the people of Gaza

Geneva - The catastrophic lack of clean drinking water sources in Gaza City and the northern areas of the Gaza Strip has left Palestinians there facing a horrifying tragedy akin to a death sentence, Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor said in a statement issued Monday, citing the war crime as further evidence of the genocide Israel has been carrying out against the Strip’s civilian population since 7 October 2023.

Distress is engulfing Gaza City and its northern regions in alarming ways—a result of Israel’s cutting off of the water supply in the Gaza Strip, systematic and intentional Israeli bombing of water sources and wells, and a lack of fuel required to run water conversion and distribution facilities, said Euro-Med Monitor.

🇵🇸 Israel not only prevents entry of aid into Gaza, but also kills those who try to receive it

The Israeli army is not only starving Palestinians in the northern Gaza Valley, but has also killed dozens of individuals who tried to receive the meagre aid that did arrive there, perpetuating the genocide that Israel has been committing against the people of the Gaza Strip since 7 October 2023, Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor said in a statement on Tuesday.

Euro-Med Monitor has documented shocking testimonies of the Israeli army killing and injuring dozens of Palestinians on Thursday 11 January 2024 on Al-Rashid Street, in the west of Gaza City, who were trying to receive humanitarian aid. The human rights organisation demanded that the involved United Nations agencies be held accountable for their failure to guarantee suitable channels for providing the populace with humanitarian aid.

🇵🇸 Testimony of the daughter of a Palestinian woman who was killed by Israeli forces

In an exclusive MEE interview, Heba Bassem Khres recalls the moment and events that unfolded after her mother was killed, and her son missing. Heba is the daughter of a Palestinian woman, Hala Rashid Abd Al-Ati, who was killed by Israeli forces when they shot her as she was fleeing her neighborhood in Gaza. She was waving a white flag as she was shot and killed.

Heba talks about the tremendous loss she has gone through with losing her mother and being estranged from her son for two months now. She demanded that the world look at her mother’s story, and her own story as a mother of a child who was traumatized, and deem it illegal and inhumane. She ends her interview by saying, “Please, end the war. That’s it.”
