Chaldean Heritage Foundation💝is honored to share with you a summary of world recognition for Chaldean people as ethnic people of Mesopotamia. From Iraq to America and Australia. Everyone loves to partner with the Chaldean people.
1- Recognition in Iraq:
⭐Iraqi Constitution (2005): The Iraqi Constitution recognizes the Chaldeans as one of the ethnic groups in Iraq. It guarantees minority rights, including those of the Chaldeans, concerning culture, language, and religion.
⭐Kurdistan Regional Constitution (2009): Also recognizes the Chaldeans as an ethnic group, acknowledging them as part of the region's cultural and ethnic diversity.
