It is to be noted that the examination form fill-up has to be done for all students of Semester-II (FYUGP & FYIMP Regular batch 2023 ) Examination, 2024 of Gauhati University are to compulsorily done in SAMARTH.

As per the official notification, there will be no Polytechnic Admission Test (PAT) from the session 2024-25 onwards. Admission into the various polytechnic courses under the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Assam, will be based on the marks obtained in the HSLC Exam with Mathematics and Science as compulsory subjects.
