اختبرت عند الدكتورة اثمار
قالت ايش positive findings اللي حصلتها في الحاله
قلت لها :Secondary infertility
With amenorrhea,2 miscarriage high FSH and low 21 day progesterone
وايضال ال U/S يقول مافيش follicles
قالت ويش الDD قلت early menopause ويمكنPCO ويمكن ovarian failure
وبما ان عندها miscarriage ممكن Asherman syndrome وممكن Sheahan Syndrome
قالت وايش ال Dx
قلت لها premature ovarian failure
قالت وليش ماتكون PCO
قلت لانه مافيش findings للPCO ف ال history عشان نقول انها PCO
قالت خلك من الHistory
انا اكلمك عن الا investigations
قلت لها في الPCO الاندروجين يزيد لكن هنا normal
قالت وايش كمان قلت ال U.S مافيش Follicles ولا Cysts
قالت وايش كمان قلت ذا اللي اعرفه
قالت وايضا يكون الLH اكثر من FSH
قالت عاد باقي عندك investigations
تطلبها قلت مكن نعمل investigation للthyroid وكمان نشوف لو في tubal causes
قالت وكيف بتحل مشكلة هذي المريضه
قلت لها induction of ovulation
مثلا clomiphene اوHCG او HMG
وممكن
donor ovum with in vitro fertilization
قالت لا عندنا لا تقول هذا الكلام ( donor ovum with in vitro fertilization )
فقط induction of ovulation
وسألتني في الSheehan syndrome وال Asherman syndrome
وال Cervisitis
وباقي اسأله نسيتهن وبالنسبه للinstruments
سألتني في معظم الinstruments
اللي كانت موجود قدامها تقريبا ١٠ او ١٢

اختبرت عند الدكتورة أمة الكريم
سالتني وايش حصلت في ال history
قلت لها
A woman with missed period ,positive pregnancy test,COCP and come for pregnancy dating
قالت كيف نفعل كيف نعرف ال Gestational age
قلت اما بال LMP او level fundal او U.S
وجابت LMP وقالت اطلع ال gestational age
وسألت ايضا ليش احنا لازم نعرف ال accurate gestational age
قلت الاجابه اللي موجوده في الحاله نفسها في 100 cases
اللي هي
.Timing of Down syndrome screening
.Estimation of border line delivery
.Induction of labour for post term pregnancy
قالت ايش دخل الDown وال induction يعني في راسها اجابة غير
ورجع قالت طيب نفرض جات لك pregnant women وفي ال37wks وال BP 220 وعندها proteinuria وconfused
ايش توقع عندها قلت preeclampsia
قالت وايش الtype قلت severe قالت وايش اول copmlication تتوقع يحصل لها وايش تختار لها من لها من بين هذي الا دويه (ادوية مجموعة في set ))
to prevent this complication
قلت ممكن تدخل في eclampsia وconvulsion واخترت MgSO4 قالت تمام
اختبرت عند الدكتورة اثمار
قالت ايش positive findings اللي حصلتها في الحاله
