Attention: Please Be Aware!

An email was issued by Livecoin.net today regarding the upcoming DIG swap in which it was stated " If you want to participate in swap, deposit tokens till 19 July."

For clarity, this message from Livecoin is a little misleading. If your tokens are off of Livecoin in a hardware wallet or otherwise, there is no need to move them back to Livecoin.net in order to receive the swap to new DIG.

Off-exchange tokens will be swapped to new DIG using a swap site that has been set up for this purpose.

Leave tokens that are off-exchange where they are until we release the swap site instructions.

If you attempt to move off-exchange tokens back on to Livecoin.net, you will be responsible for any Gas or fees incurred.

We’ve received questions regarding the swap. Please see questions and answers below.

Q#1- Will I have to send my coins to the swap site?

A#1- NO-You will enter your public wallet address that your DIG is stored in, system will swap the tokens in that wallet, MAKE SURE you are entering the PUBLIC wallett address ONLY

A#2- NO.

Q#3- Will I have to pay fees to send to the swap site?

Q#4- Will I get reimbursed for my fees for sending out of Livecoin and back to livecoin?

A#4- NO, all coins on livecoin should stay on livecoin, livecoin will swap them for you

-Coins NOT on Livecoin: You have to follow the emailed instructions to send your public wallet address to the swap site. Q#6- Will there be plenty of time to send to wallets for airdrop?

A#6- This is not regarding the (GIFT token) airdrop yet. This is to replace the old UNY/UNI/DIG tokens with a single new contracted token for DIG. This swap, will complete BEFORE we conduct the airdrop for the gift token. That being said, we will give a reasonable amount of time to send in your old UNY/UNI/DIG token storage addresses and/or receive the automated DIG livecoin swaps before we do the airdrop.

Q#7- Does airdrop also happen on the exchange?

A#7- NO. As stated previously, AFTER the DIG swap, tokens need to be off exchange for the airdrop. We are looking into changing that, but for now the answer remains the same.

Our recommendation has been for some time for token holders to stop moving their tokens on or off the exchange, so as to avoid fees. Let us complete the swap so the gas and fee issue is fixed, first.

Q#8- Will I need to do anything special to receive the swap in my external wallet?

A#8- The emailed instructions explain what needs to be done. It is extremely simple and happens within seconds. Make sure you are subscribed as indicated above. In question #5

Today marks the start of new beginnings as we are out with the old faulty coding and in with the new smart contracts.

The Livecoin.net swap is now complete. Next step is to swap all the DIG v1 for DIG v2 from 3rd party wallet systems. If you are holding your DIG in an off-exchange location, you will want to follow the instructions linked at the end of this message.

PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS VERY CAREFULLY OR YOU WILL LOSE TOKENS.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have UNI/UNY tokens, your swap will occur after the DIG swap and an updated set of instructions will follow.

Please send in a screenshot that clearly shows the details of your DIG account holdings on C-CEX.

We will add up everyone’s accounts and, if the amounts match what we know is being held in C-CEX, we will also conduct the swap to new wallet addresses and cancel all old token contracts once completed.

Livecoin Site Under Maintenance After Service Malfunctions

Dear Arbitrade Token Holders,

Last night starting just past 9pm EST Livecoin.net was compromised and stated the following:

“Sorry, site is under maintenance!”
“At the moment we are working on solution of several problems, related to malfunction of our services, including failures in our mailing service work, because of which some customers have received notifications of other accounts deposits and withdrawals, we are aware of this difficulty and do our best to fix it. Unfortunately, we cannot give an exact timing, but we are making every effort to complete the works as soon as possible.”

At 12:36am EST Arbitrade sent in several support tickets and emails about the actions and shortly after, Livecoin was locked down with the above notice of being Under Maintenance. We received an email back at 6:14am EST from Livecoin that none of the Arbitrade tokens were affected and that their entire team was working on the solutions and trying to fix what occurred. It was a one-line response. We are awaiting an update from the exchange.
