Quick update! the holidays have been a bit busy on my end. I’ve been spending time with friends in Florida and will be home tomorrow night. I’ve mostly been working on new adoptables while traveling, and I’ll be getting back to owed work once I’m home and settled.

I was struck with this idea I’m going to experiment with, featuring my old sona, Abyss! Abyss was created during a pivotal point in my life when I had experienced some heavy life-changing events. She was an Undertale inspired character - a boss monster whose vessel possessed a human soul somehow. 


Deltarune introduced the concept of a character struggling / at odds with their soul - and I wanted to explore that concept further by using it as a reflection on mental health and recovery. Abyss’s soul is very much part of her, it’s her’s, after all. But she’s at odds with it in her own ways. The soul is going to represent the catastrophic thought patterns that come with experiencing trauma, and that manifest themselves in anxiety, anger, and other painful, complex emotions. This is a reflection of my own experiences with healing through these things, what I’ve learned going through that recovery process, and how I’m still learning (cause we never really stop, right?) it might not be the same as others’ experiences, but i hope these little comics will resonate with people.

Hey everyone!!!

I wanted to share some MASSIVE good news. I officially landed a fulltime job that pays enough to help me live, which is a huge relief. I’m extremely grateful and honestly just very glad to be taking this step.


My start date is February 17th. With a typical pay schedule, I likely won’t see my first paycheck until about two weeks later, around March 3rd.

Right now my biggest priorities financially are finding stable housing, starting to get my needed medical appointments set, and paying off Muppet’s boarding costs so I can finally bring him home. Those are the major things I’m focusing on during this transition.

I’m still committed to finishing my current commission queue. This job will change how I structure my time, so I’ll be pacing my workload carefully. I’ll keep updating customers as I have progress on their pieces.

Thank you all for your support and patience. It genuinely means a lot and i would not have gotten to this point without you.
