This project is a long bumpy road that is well worth the struggle. It may feel a bit barebones now but things will improve over time. For now wanted to get some good means of communication out there so I can be much more communicative.

Progress update from discord for those who donβt use it:
The short of it is that with academic obligations coming up, it's been harder to find time to work on the project, combined with another personal thing I've been doing as of late. However, I want to reassure everyone: this project is still alive and well. it will be alive and well for the next while. It just might take longer to get release builds out the door, is all.
Anyways, here's the lowdown on what's being done:
UEFI refactor: basically done, just moving around some small platform specific things, but end result should be I can add new device families much easier.
ACPI tables: working on DSDT/FADT/GTDT/CSRT once refactor is fully complete and builds are verified working. (Mac Studio is the reference platform, will be testing on MBP 2023 and MBA 2020 as well, would appreciate help on testing other configs) SMBIOS is also part of this.
Windows booting: depends on ACPI tables working so held up based on that. vGIC implementation is part of this thing too, and drivers too.
(A note on PMUv3 - this has turned out to be way more essential than initially thought, so the patches for this for bare metal booting are still being mapped out)
As one rather important piece of news: release builds of the EFI for test usage are coming up soon (when I have a WinPE instance booting), only for Mac Studio, MBA 2020 and MBP 2023 users to start with but will expand to other devices later once I have more testers on board with other device types.
