There are times when we feel disappointed in ourselves. In a sense, we can change ourselves for the better. People may not understand how we feel, they give bad spread for us, they don't know what effect it has. Everyone has different traits, different thoughts, there are people who when it's said to them whether it's bad or not, they think about it all the time, and they change what's inside of them for the sake of the people who spread bad things to them. They're trying to live up to people's standards, which they don't have to do, so please, don't give spreads that make people feel less about themselves.
