I read a quote, paraphrasing;
"People think I have never gone through any trauma just because I haven't made it my personality"
I couldn't relate to this quote but
I was reminded of this verse from QurĀn
I think 2-3 consecutive "traumatic" experiences are ingrained into my personality that were a trial and guidances from Allah.
Those experiences made me understand few names of Allah and everytime I feel heavy whispers of shayateen, Allah reminds me of those incidents.
I hope I'll share my experiences concisely and accurately later and how it connects to name of Allah. Those experiences are one reason I selected 'Antidelusions' as channel name. It helps me being disconnected and absorbed from delusions of this life, this world. May Allah keep us grounded and May Allah keep us firm upon His religion, Islam.

Pray thus to your Lord): “Our Lord! Take us not to task if we forget or commit mistakes. Our Lord! Lay not on us a burden such as You laid on those gone before us. Our Lord! Lay not on us burdens which we do not have the power to bear. And overlook our faults, and forgive us, and have mercy upon us. Yesterday before Jumuah Khutbah Imam announced that one of our neighbour slept at night and didn't wake up, he had his nikah scheduled on 20th of April. •WHAT TRULY BELONGS TO U
It was narrated from Mutarrif, from his father, that the Prophet ﷺ said:
The mutual rivalry (for piling up of worldly things) diverts you, 'Until you visit the graves (i.e. till you die).' The son of Adam says: 'My wealth, my wealth,' but your wealth is what you eat and consume, or what you wear and it wears out, or what you give in charity and send on ahead (for the Hereafter).'

World is Believer's Prison and Disbeliever's Paradise.
ad-dunya sijnul mumin wa jannatul kafir
✦ This World compared to Paradise is a Prison and compared to Purgatory/Hell is Paradise, Even if a Believer is Rich in this World, the Luxury of this World is no less than a Prison for him.
The statement is relative, not absolute.
————————————
✦ Another Explanation can be Halal & Haram. Restrictions are imposed on Muslims like Prisoners meanwhile Non Muslims are free to do wtv they want.
————————————
✦ Expanding Previous point, we get the fact that Muslim endure Hardships more, so the World becomes Prison by default.
"The Prophets, then those nearest to them, then those nearest to them are tested the most.
A man is tried according to his religion, if he is firm in his religion, then his trials are more severe, and if he is weak in his religion, then he is tried according to the strength of his religion."

Trials of Life and mindset of believer
A believer, when afflicted with trials in life seems to be moved by it, affected by it, which is natural, but inwards the growth, the tendency to grow, similar to the core purpose of a fresh tender plant that is to rise upwards doesn't stop. A believer knows what Allah Has tested them with is for them to grow. If they fall into trials by their own actions and realise it later, they get back straight and keep growing which is by doing their best to worship Allah, in ways that are accepted by Him. Whereas a hypocrite or wicked person may appear having an easy life, even with troubles they may seem to handle it easily as if nothing has happened to them but it's only on the outwards. The inner feelings of ungratefulness, pride, blame, and taking any means to solve the problems eventually catches up. Allah uproots them suddenly either here or in the hereafter as they meet their appointed time in wicked state.
Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "The example of a believer is that of a fresh tender plant; from whatever direction the wind comes, it bends it, but when the wind becomes quiet, it becomes straight again. Similarly, a believer is afflicted with calamities (but he remains patient till Allah removes his difficulties.) And an impious wicked person is like a pine tree which keeps hard and straight till Allah cuts (breaks) it down when He wishes." (See Hadith No. 558, Vol. 9.)
Sahih al-Bukhari 5644
Chapter 1: Sickness is expiation for sins, Book 75: Patients
Narrated Ka`b: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The example of a believer is that of a fresh tender plant, which the wind bends lt sometimes and some other time it makes it straight. And the example of a hypocrite is that of a pine tree which keeps straight till once it is uprooted suddenly.
Sahih al-Bukhari 5643
Chapter 1: Sickness is expiation for sins, Book 75: Patients
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: The Similitude of a believer is that of (a standing) crop which the air continues to toss from one side to another; in the same way a believer always (receives the strokes) of misfortune. The similitude of a hypocrite is that of a cypress tree which does not move until it is uprooted.
Sahih Muslim 2809a
Chapter 14: The Believer Is Like A Plant And The Hypocrite And The Disbeliever Are Like Cedars, Book 52: Characteristics of the Day of Judgment, Paradise, and Hell
